The excessive drinking left women vulnerable to sexual attacks.
It's a warning of the site sexdailytopics.com, that said that the female population
is tending to feel alone and are vulnerable to loneliness and alcohol abuse.
According to them, 21 per cent of women had drunk six or more units of drinks
at least once a week, four per cent higher that what was considered common and
acceptable, if considering that twenty years ago, people wouldn't have gone
out drinking on work nights, but now many individuals drink during the week,
and not just Friday or Saturday.
The women most inclined to alcohol comsumption are those between
the ages of 20 to 30 years old. The danger is in the characteristics of people
who are drinking today. In the past, everyone used to go out with a group of
friends and go to clubs and bars but, today, lots of women are going out to
drink alone and, doing this, they are making themselves more vulnerable and
putting themselves at risk. Stakes seem burden-like to young people, which are
drinking earlier now and putting their bodies at risk, both emotionally and
physically.
Bad intentioned men can see that a woman is drunk - or even give
her more alcohol - and take her to another place, where they abuse her. Some
males put drugs on the drink and offer it to the woman. These drugs can make
them sleep or even stone them, making woman do what the raper wants. In some
cases, more than one man abuse the same woman, and due to the medication, she
can't remember what she is doing between eight nude men when she wake up, for
example. They can say she wanted and accepted to go there, but the alcohol was
the guilty.
For these reasons, women who are starting to drink should think
about it, and those who are dependents of alcohol should look for treatment.
Most important of all, however, is going out with friends and everyone take
care of each other. If someone notes that a friend is doing something that he
wouldn't do if he wasn't drunk, it's responsibility of the less drunk of the
group go there and stop the encounter. When drinking alone, a women mustn't
abuse from alcohol and has to remember that unknown people don't deserve her
trust.
